Apartment Above Stark Industries, Valentine's Day

There wasn't a massive stuffed animal or way, way too many flowers waiting for Steve in the apartment this year. If only because Tony had learned his lesson about those. Kind of.

He hadn't learned his lesson about making reservations at places that Steve could never, ever learn the real price tag of.

And there were still just a few dozen roses in hiding for when Steve finished getting ready to go. Look, he was doing his best at being restrained here!

Steve gasped dramatically. "I do not tease!"

"Yes you do," Tony shot back, pinning him against the door of their suite with a kiss.

Steve sighed happily, pulling Tony in close. "I wasn't the one bringing up painting people with chocolate."

"It was more the licking off of the chocolate," Tony replied innocently.

Steve blushed. "Sounds fun," he said.

"C'mon, I want you to see the Eiffel Tower from here." And the tasteful (for Tony) amount of flowers waiting for him behind the door.

"Ooh, yes, please," Steve said eagerly.

Tony beamed at him, tugging him into the room and nearly tripping over a bunch of flowers.

Because. Well. Him, Steve.

"Steady there," Steve said, grinning. "Are...are all of these for me?"

ALL of them, Tony?

"Yep." YOU ASKED FOR THIS, STEVE.

Steve kissed him slowly. "Thank you."

He knew this was Tony-restrained.

It was his best attempt at restraint!

"You like it?"

It was still a bit much for Steve, but Tony was trying so hard, and he was going to reward that.

"I like it," he said.

"They're bringing up more desserts for us too." For Steve mostly. Because Steve had a normal, human appetite.

"And the wine?" Steve checked.

Tony laughed, tugging on his tie for another kiss. "And the wine."

Steve kissed him back, keeping it slow and deep. "Eiffel Tower," he finally murmured.

"Effiel Tower," Tony agreed, flushed and breathless. He'd get then moving to the Windows any moment now. Aaaany moment now.

Probably wasn't helping that Steve was totally groping his ass, huh?

"We should look," Steve said, sucking a bruise into Tony's neck.

Annnnny time now. Really.

"It's--its a great few," Tony groaned, hiking a leg up over Steve's hip.

"So're you," Steve said a little nonsensically.

But. Tony's leg up over his hip. He was a little distracted, okay.

Weird! Tony didn't think he was being too distracting.

"I want you to fuck me in this suit," Tony said. Because that was distracting. That right there.

"If I push you against the window, we can pretend to care about the Eiffel Tower," Steve offered.

Tactical genius!

Tony beamed at him, rolling his hips appreciatively at the suggestion. Which was, of course, the point when room service knocked on the door. Because they knew this was coming. And yet.

"Dammit," Steve muttered, kissing Tony one more time. "Coming!"
