There was the big Halloween party tonight, but for right now, there was a severely caffeine deprived vampire watching coffee being made as he clutched a mug of warm blood.

You know. Just a normal day.

"JARVIS, remind me to make a faster coffee pot," he muttered. He could be in a nice, warm bed right now. With that coffee.

Tony groaned low and frustrated. "We can try if you want."

Steve's eyes flew up to meet Tony's, wide and blue. "Are you sure?"

Pack instincts were screaming "yes," but there was another part of him that wanted to be very sure.

Tony surged up to kiss him for looking like that. "Steve, I really, really want to."

Steve sighed into the kiss. "I'm gonna need some direction, here," he murmured, ears going a little red.

Which earned him another kiss and some gentle fingers running through his hair to soothe that away. "Like before. I'll tell you when I'm ready for you."

Steve shivered. "I'd never forgive myself if I hurt you," he whispered.

"You won't," Tony promised, cupping Steve's cheek with one hand. "You'll take good care of me, right?"

Steve bit his lower lip and then nodded. "You'll tell me, though, right? Not even good pain this time."

"We can build up to good pain," Tony replied after a moment, pulling Steve's hands down to his hips.

Steve's hands were shaking slightly but he was hoping Tony wouldn't mention it. "We can," he agreed, nuzzling Tony's neck. "Just not the first try."

"Alright," he said, threading his fingers through Steve's to steady him. "Prom night treatment, huh?"

"Something like that," Steve said, blushing again. "Sorry."

"Hey," Tony said with a concerned little frown. "Don't apologize for something you want."

"I definitely want," Steve said, kissing Tony's chest. "Just feel a little dumb being behind the curve on this stuff, that's all."

"Do you want to slow down for a little bit?" he asked, running his fingers through Steve's hair gently.

"Will you hate me if I say maybe?" Steve asked, chewing his lower lip.

"God, no," Tony replied immediately. "Never."

Steve leaned in and kissed him thoroughly. "Then let's slow down just a little. Neither of us are planning on goin' anywhere, right?"

"Not unless you want to kick me out," Tony replied, kissing him back. "I want you to enjoy things, not just... endure them."

"Oh, this isn't a lie back and think of England thing at all," Steve said, snuggling in and linking his fingers through Tony's to ground himself. "It's mostly me getting in my own way."

"Well, thank god for that," Tony said, having absolutely no problem with the cuddling. He shifted a little, making more room for Steve to.slot against him. "What's making you nervous?"

Steve turned an absolutely charming shade of crimson. "It's really gonna fit?" he mumbled into Tony's shoulder. "Really?"

Tony had to pause for a moment and remember this was Steve's first time doing that. And even despite that, he was sort of dissolving into giggles over that question.

"Yes, Steve. It'll fit," he said, trying to sober up here. "With a little work. Some people even enjoy going larger than that."

Steve poked him in the side with his hand, but he was laughing too. "I had to check! The...instruction videos--" porn, Steve, "--seemed okay with it, but they're professionals."

"Professionals," Tony repeated, giggling harder. "I really need to see your instructional videos."
