Well, class was done and that meant the rest of the week was cleared to do very little but enjoy. It was definitely an upside to being in a committed relationship.

"So, how much food should we order?" Tony asked, already arranging for semi-regular delivers for the week. Because they weren't getting out much, thanks.

"I'll allow it," Tony said, putting the bottle on the nightstand so they didn't end up spilling it everywhere. Which seemed highly likely still.

Steve kissed him. "Could you?"

"I could," Tony said firmly. And just oh so incorrectly. "I could make you work to romance me."

He would break so fast.

"You want romance," Steve said, kissing just behind Tony's left ear.

"I always want romance," he sighed, tilting his head for Steve.

Steve kissed a soft, slow line down Tony's throat. "Do I not romance you enough?"

And Tony folded like a cheap chair.

"Of course you do!"

Steve kept going, sucking a small bruise into the spot where Tony's neck met his shoulder. "Because I can do romance."

"Oh?" Tell him more!

"But you get uncomfortable when I tell you how amazing you are," Steve murmured.

He couldn't even claim otherwise because it'd be a lie.

"Well. Maybe."

"Yes, you do," Steve said, continuing his slow, careful kisses. "So I save that for times you really need to listen to me."

"Like now," Steve confirmed. "Cut through the brain fog a little."

Tony kissed him again. "Well, thank god I have you."

"I'm pretty pleased with how it works out, too," Steve said. Romantically. For him.

Tony smiled and kissed him again. "Balances things out."

"I like that," Steve said, smiling back as he kissed Tony slowly.

Tony hummed, pulling him over onto his lap again. Because that had been a very good distraction before, thank you.

And Steve was suitably distracted. "Hello."

"Hi," Tony replied, shamelessly just resting his hands on Steve's ass.

Steve laughed. "You getting a little fresh, Anthony?"

"Oh, is this too fresh for you?" Tony asked, giving a squeeze because he couldn't help it.
