Ballroom of Stark Towerlet, Saturday Afternoon

So, maybe the whole getting Steve up to speed on roller skating in the ballroom wasn't the best plan. But ice skating was happening without a lot of hot chocolate being provided, so there they were.

And now Steve had a sprained wrist that he was downplaying like his last name was actually Stark or something. Which was rude. Sure, it'd heal with record speed and all, but the principle of the matter!

"Are you sure we don't need to go to the clinic? Or maybe just get Don?"

"And I'm picking the flavor," Tony decided with another kiss.

"I can work with that," Steve said, holding his hand out.

Tony took his hand, abandoning the empty ice cream to be cleaned up later. "I love you."

"I love you too," Steve replied immediately.

That earned him a tug along to lead him to the bedroom. "Come on, Captain."

Steve blushed as he smiled. "Lookin' forward to it."

"You know, I thought you'd stop blushing eventually, but I'm delighted to find it's not true," Tony said, threading their fingers together as he led the way.

"You mean it?" Steve asked.

"The moment you stop blushing is the moment I start worrying," Tony said, leaning in for a kiss to emphasize it.

"I still lose my train of thought when you walk into a room, so it could be a while," Steve admitted.

"I'll take that," Tony replied with a pleased little grin. "I want to always keep you happy, darling."

"You more than succeed," Steve said. "I believe in giving positive feedback."

"Such as letting me lick chocolate off of your abs?"

Tony.

Steve blushed again as he leaned in for another kiss. "Exactly like that. It's not exactly a problem for me, you know."

"No grave hardship?" he teased, kissing Steve back.

"Not at all," Steve said, tugging Tony's shirt off.

Tony hummed, tugging on Steve's shirt next. He wasn't making it easy to get clothing off other than between kisses/

Well, it was very distracting! There were so many places to lick and bite now, even before the chocolate.

"Bed," Steve finally mumbled between kisses.

"Bed," Tony agreed, pressing Steve up against the wall. Helpfully.

Steve moaned softly, pulling Tony in tighter. "This isn't a bed."

"It's a work in progress," Tony insisted, kissing just behind Steve's ear as his hands were busy roaming along Steve's body.

Steve moaned again. "It's about the journey," he agreed.

Tony laughed against his shoulder for that, but didn't pause on anything else. "Exactly."

"God, your mouth," Steve murmured, sliding his leg between Tony's.

"Like that?" Tony sighed, pressing in close at that.
