Ballroom of Stark Towerlet, Saturday Afternoon

So, maybe the whole getting Steve up to speed on roller skating in the ballroom wasn't the best plan. But ice skating was happening without a lot of hot chocolate being provided, so there they were.

And now Steve had a sprained wrist that he was downplaying like his last name was actually Stark or something. Which was rude. Sure, it'd heal with record speed and all, but the principle of the matter!

"Are you sure we don't need to go to the clinic? Or maybe just get Don?"

"Natasha, huh?" Tony asked with a laugh.

"Well, she gets gross comments," Steve said. "Figure that fair's fair."

"Fair," Tony replied. "Here I was wondering if I need to worry about her stealing you away."

Steve laughed. "Never."

"Great response," Tony replied, leaning in for another chocolatey kiss.

"I thought you might like that," Steve said with a smile when he finally pulled away.

"How's the wrist feeling?" Tony asked.

"Just like new," Steve said.

"Really?" he double checked.

[heroic_jawline]

"You have my word," Steve promised.

Tony kissed him again. "Then I can lean against you more then."

"You certainly can," Steve said, "if you're feeding me more ice cream."

"Bossy, bossy," Tony said, even as he smiled and got him another spoonful.

"You like when I tell you what to do," Steve said, smiling back.

Tony hummed like he was considering it. "Maybe a little."

Steve leaned in for a longer, more lingering kiss. "Maybe a lot."

"Maybe I'm only doing it because you asked nicely," Tony murmured, sounding very very pleased by that kiss.

"I can also be nice," Steve agreed.

"Very nice," Tony agreed, squishing the mostly empty ice cream carton between them for another kiss.

"Trying to cover me in chocolate, Stark?" Steve teased.

"You distracted me." Oh yes, all Steve's fault.

"Should I apologize?" Steve teased.

"Profusely," Tony agreed, putting the carton on the nearby side table.

"But what if I want to be covered in chocolate?" Steve asked.

"Not on the couch," Tony said with a laugh.
