Well, Tony was back from being a cat for over a week. And he only vaguely had the urge to knock things off tables and bump his head into Steve's shoulder for attention. Which was reasonable and normal for their lives.

But, to make up for being gone, he'd picked up donuts on his way back from the radio station. Did it make up for leaving Steve to hold down the fort that whole time? Eh, 50/50 on that one. But he was trying anyway! "Steve?"

"I love that smile," Steve admitted. "You're so pleased with yourself."

"I have very good reason to be," Tony replied, pressing another kiss to Steve's stomach as he shouldered Steve's thighs apart.

Steve's head dropped back on the pillows and he squeezed his eyes closed in anticipation. "God."

"Just me," Tony said like the little shit he was, already pressing a slick finger into him with gentle pressure.

"I'm a little funny," Tony replied, doing his best to leave a hickey on Steve's hip as he worked his finger into him.

"A very little," Steve gasped.

"Shhh," Tony said, smiling against his skin as he worked another finger into Steve.

"Why should I shhh," Steve asked.

"I suppose you shouldn't," Tony said after a moment. Did he have to curl his fingers then? Yes. Absolutely.

Steve gasped. "Tony."

"Louder, sweetheart," Tony said before sucking hard on his thigh, almost making it in time with the movement of his fingers.

"Tony--" Steve moaned. Louder.

Tony made a pleased noise, not giving up on his efforts to leave long lasting bruises on Steve's thigh. But he was a good husband who was also ruthlessly fucking him with his fingers to counter the pain.

Steve was having a wonderful time, Tony. He was past the point where he was self-conscious about what he sounded like.

Which meant this was an amazing time for Tony. He was definitely going to save these sounds for a later date. And no one should be shocked by that.

He moved his mouth to a new spot, adding a third finger maybe faster than he would any other time.

That felt incredible. "Keep going," Steve murmured, making eye contact with Tony.

Tony pushed Steve's leg up to make it easier to work his fingers into him, leaving another bite next to where his thumb pressed into the skin of Steve's thigh. "You're so good for me here, darling."

Steve moaned. "Keep talkin'," he said, his voice getting low and a little Brooklyn.

Oh, Tony loved when he did that. Absolutely loved it.

"What about?" he asked, curling his fingers again. "How good you look when I'm fucking you? Letting go and just letting me take care of you."

Steve's skin went goosebump-y. "Please," he murmured. "Just like that."

He was having the best day.

"I love when you say please," Tony murmured, licking the skin of Steve's stomach, just alongside where the length of him bobbed eagerly.

Steve shuddered. "Please," he repeated.

Tony moved his hand with some brutal precision for that, countering it with the scrape of his beard on Steve while he kept kissing his stomach. "So good for me, darling."

He owed Steve a few rounds, after all. For science.
