Maldives, Tuesday Evening

Somewhere warm and 'please don't buy another building, Tony' had been the two stipulations for Valentine's Day this year. One was easy and the other was just rude.

Because there went any plans to buy Steve a castle.

So, Tony thought on places they had not gone yet and then JARVIS finally picked a resort after Tony went through one too many spreadsheets of potential locations. Because JARVIS was a peach like that.

"So, how do you like it?" Tony asked, looking out at the ocean from their private villa.

"I love giving you the things you want," Tony insisted, letting his eyes slip closed to just enjoy the sensations for the moment.

"I want this," Steve said, kissing the other thigh.

Tony smiled, opening his eyes to look down at him as he ran his fingers through Steve's damp hair. "Then I am a very lucky man."

"Me too," Steve said, reaching up to encourage Tony's fingers to take a tighter grip, then moved his mouth over Tony.

Tony was nothing if not accommodating for his husband there. Which was why he tightened one in his hair and placed the other on Steve's neck and shoulder to stroke helplessly as he groaned.

Steve hummed his satisfaction and then set out to take Tony apart slowly.

"Steve." It was quiet, but held a good amount of neediness. Which was completely uncalled for after already coming once today.

Well, it was vacation. Steve was going to go the extra mile.

They were going to get interrupted by room service and Steve would have to sink into the pool to hide forever.

But for the moment, Tony was more than happy to let him do this, making more of those needy little sounds.

Steve was definitely not paying attention to anything but Tony, so super-hearing might not save them this time. He let out a needy little sound of his own and moved slightly faster.

"Your mouth--" Tony managed, gripping a little tighter at Steve's hair, tugging on him as much as he dared.

Steve hummed again, glancing up at Tony to see how he was doing (and to give him the visual of Steve looking up at him. He was still a pretty decent strategist).

He really, really was.

Which meant that now was the right time for someone to be knocking on the door to the villa. "Fuck."

Steve choked.

Sorry, Tony.

"Sorry, sorry," Tony said, smoothing Steve's hair like it would help.

Steve ducked under the water to cool his cheeks and wash his mouth. "'s okay."

Tony winced as another knock came. "I'll be right there!"

And then mouthed another 'Sorry' at Steve.

Steve laughed, shaking his head. "I'll stay down here in the pool just in case the waiter recognizes you."

"If he asks for an autograph... you can drown me," Tony replied, tugging on the discarded robe to go answer the door for their large amount of food.

"Bonus points if he has a tattoo of you," Steve called back teasingly.

Tony tsked him, waving him off before putting on a smile and opening the door. "Hi. Hello. You can just bring that in here."

Steve stayed where he was because he hadn't grabbed a robe yet and he was pretty sure the wait staff didn't need to see that.

It was a careful bit of maneuvering to keep them from getting near the pool and a very hefty tip before he could carefully get the people (it was that much food) to leave them again.

"I'll be sure to check out the pool bar, yes," he promised one more time before shutting the door again.

Steve popped his head over the side of the pool. "No one saw my ass, right?"

"No, but I'd like to," Tony said brightly.
