Well, class was done and that meant the rest of the week was cleared to do very little but enjoy. It was definitely an upside to being in a committed relationship.

Steve tried to soften the blow by hand feeding him a rib. "You'll feel better after food, too."

Tony hummed, accepting the rib happily. "You're forgiven."

"Thank you," Steve said with a little grin as he tore into the box of bao.

"We're going to need water too," he admitted. "I knew I should have gotten a new mini-fridge for here."

Steve laughed. "We got distracted."

"This happens every year," Tony grumbled. "We really should be prepared for it by now."

"But we get busy doing other things and never get around to it," Steve said, holding out a bao for Tony to try.

"Thank you," Tony said, grabbing one. "I'm putting it on the to-do list."

Right under auditing the new hotel he owned.

"...well, it'll be longer with me taking a week off for this." He sacrificed for you!

Tony hummed, kissing him back and only getting just a little rib sauce on Steve's beard.

Steve chuckled. "You trying to make me taste like the ribs now?"

"I refuse to be doused in sauce," Steve said with another laugh.

"It's not a dousing," Tony insisted, being kind and wiping it off Steve's lip for him.

"Just nipping that thought in the bud," Steve teased.

"The only thing I want to lick off of you is probably champagne." YOU WERE SO BOUGIE, ANTHONY.

Steve went red. "Really."

"It'd be fun," Tony said, enjoying that blush. "Licking that off your stomach..."

"Do we have champagne?" Steve asked.

Tony laughed and kissed him one more time. "I'll find some."
