Tony had promised to go all out for Steve's birthday and goddamnit, he was doing just what he promised.

He'd probably have to get JARVIS to not spill how much it cost, though. Yeah, that was going on the list.

But it was more than worth the view, watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee while Steve finished up his usual morning marathon.

"This really revs your engine, huh?" Steve said, nipping Tony's lower lip.

"I want to peel those off you with my teeth." So yes. It really did.

Steve laughed, delighted. "Think you really could?"

"I'd love to try," Tony replied brightly. He playfully bit at the air just shy of Steve's shoulder as though to show how serious he was.

"Feed me first and then you can do anything you want," Steve said.

"Yes, dearest," he replied, pulling Steve along to lay down on a lawn chair that probably cost way too much for them to have sex on.

Wasn't going to stop Tony at all, but. There it was.

As long as it was structurally sound!

Steve laid down with only brief protest from the seams of the pants.

"I believe I was promised chocolate?"

Tony laughed, reaching for one of the treats he'd brought out with him. He offered over a chocolate for Steve to eat out of his hands. "Yes, dearest," he repeated a little more fond.

Steve let out a low, pleased noise and took the offered chocolate. Hand-feeding was making some part deep inside hum happily.

Tony smiled, lounging along next to him as he took his time. Like he needed to make sure no chocolate smudged at the corners of Steve's lips. "I grabbed fruit too."

"Mmm," Steve said, tongue darting out to catch Tony's finger from the last chocolate.

Tony's breathing picked up and his cheeks flushed just watching Steve. "I should have done this ages ago," he muttered, only pulling away long enough to offer him a strawberry.

Steve gave him a slow smile, drunk on happiness. "Will not object at all."

Which just forced Tony to kiss him again, chasing the taste of the fruit and chocolate.

Steve kissed him back, languid and pleased.

"You like this too, huh?" he teased gently, offering him another chocolate.

"Yeah," Steve said, eyes drifting closed. "Like you taking care of me."

That left Tony damn near purring with pleasure as Steve was so pliant and sated beneath him. Like the cat that ate the canary as he went for another chocolate. "I happen to love taking care of you," he murmured. "Treating you right, darling."

Steve smiled at him, tilting his head up for a kiss. "You spoil me."

"Maybe I like that part of the sugar daddy thing," he admitted, smiling into that kiss. He cupped Steve's jaw with one hand as he planted the other on the chair on the other side of where Steve lay. "A little bit."

"I'm getting used to it," Steve said, smiling back.

It made Tony so happy.

"Still want to buy you all the nice things," he muttered, pushing a chocolate to Steve's lips before immediately kissing him again.

But that buying nice things was just a weird way he tried to express his affection.

Steve kissed him back. "I'm proud of your restraint, sweetheart."

"Well, JARVIS nixed the diamonds."
