Which was why Tony was aggressively sighing as he drank his coffee and looked over his emails and messages.

At least he was prepared with clothing for these days after being here so long. Steve, on the other hand...

"J, let's do a rush order on women's clothing for Steve."

Steve wasn't completely out of his depth here--he had been on stage and knew about both stockings and makeup.

He returned a bit later in a pair of jeans just slightly too tight (Cap booty made it tough) and a shirt that, for a wonder, fit.

And Tony's heels. "I don't know about jeans and heels," he said, glancing down.

"Oh," Tony said faintly. Because yes, that Cap booty. "I think they look great."

He was very, very biased.

Steve blushed. "Yeah?"

"Yeah," Tony agreed readily. "You look amazing. Hand to god."

"Thank you," Steve murmured, leaning in for another kiss. "It still feels weird."

"You're also taller than me again," Tony replied, smiling a little into the kiss. "Which might have been part of your plan."

"Strategic genius," Steve said, smiling back. "This feels more normal."

Aside from the wobbling. Heels were hard!

Tony put his hands on Steve's hips to keep him steady, now having to look up a little to meet his eyes. "There are sneakers too."

"You just want me to be short," Steve said.

"Well, I wouldn't object to it..." He gave Steve a careful once over up close. "This is hardly fair. You're gorgeous either way."

The blush was the same, even if nothing else was.

He nudged his nose against Tony's, a little distracted by the way that made their chests rub together. "Same eyes, same smile--I see you in there, Tony Stark."

It was all very much like when they were figuring out how they worked together at the beginning of the relationship.

"Still a charmer, Captain Rogers," Tony replied softly.

Steve bit his lower lip, tasting lipstick. "You still take my breath away."

Tony hummed, crowding him in against the kitchen counter for another kiss, taking his time now to reward Steve for being so sweet. His hands wandered along Steve's new curves, taking his time in learning all of them.

"Kitchen makeouts are definitely familiar," Steve said, sliding his hands down to squeeze Tony's ass.

Tony laughed, resting his forehead on Steve's shoulder. "What can I say? It's our love language."

"That and coffee," Steve agreed, playing with the hair at the nape of Tony's neck.

"Sad I don't have long hair like yours?" Tony asked, pressing a kiss just above the collar of Steve's new shirt.

"Not at all," Steve said, sounding a little breathless.

"Less to hold onto," Tony murmured, nipping there with a reaction like that.

"I can still figure out how to give it a tug, sweetheart," Steve said.

Tony burst into laughter at that. "Oh, my. Wrong body for that."

Steve blushed to the roots of his hair. "That was not how it was supposed to come out," he muttered, swatting Tony's butt.

And then giving it a squeeze. He had a Thing for Tony's ass.

Tony hummed, leaning further into him to pin Steve against the counter. "Getting fresh with me, Rogers?"

"I might be takin' some liberties," Steve admitted with a little smile.
