Somewhere warm and 'please don't buy another building, Tony' had been the two stipulations for Valentine's Day this year. One was easy and the other was just rude.

Because there went any plans to buy Steve a castle.

So, Tony thought on places they had not gone yet and then JARVIS finally picked a resort after Tony went through one too many spreadsheets of potential locations. Because JARVIS was a peach like that.

"So, how do you like it?" Tony asked, looking out at the ocean from their private villa.

Tony hummed again, pushing on Steve's hips for balance as he continued to work into him. And because he knew that Steve would enjoy the feeling of being pinned down.

As improbable as it was to do.

Steve really did enjoy it, feasible or not, because he did get tired of holding the world on his shoulders.

He was making noises that he'd be ashamed of if he could care.

Hey, those were noises that Tony would gladly keep on file for later. Because they were absolutely perfect. As evident by how he repeated anything that got them to be just a little louder like this was a very intensive science experiment.

Steve was fine with all of it as long as he didn't catch Tony writing down post-coital notes.

"Jesus," Steve finally gasped out. "My legs are shaking."

"Good," Tony said, taking a deep breath as he rested his forehead against Steve's back. "That was the goal."

Steve laughed just as shakily. "Mission accomplished."

Well. At least halfway accomplished.

"Feel like you might not be getting as much out of this as I am."

"Oh, you have no idea how much I love those noises," Tony replied. "But yes, let me just--"

He had lube somewhere in his pocket. In the pants that were next to them.

Steve shivered in anticipation. "Hurry up."

"Yes, yes," Tony agreed, fumbling only a little before he was pouring it out onto his hands to press slick fingers into Steve to make sure he really was ready for it.

Steve moaned. "Faster."

So impatient.

Tony tsked him. "No, no. You get to be patient now."

Steve's mouth turned down. "I'm not good at patient."

Neither was Tony, really.

"Well, I'll be making sure you're good and ready," he said, adding another finger.

Steve whined. "You're teasing me."

"I am not," Tony assured him. Still teasing him with the slow glide of his fingers.

Steve shivered again. "Feels like teasin'."

"Don't be silly," Tony replied, kissing the base of his spine as he worked in another finger. Look, he was bad at patience too here.

"Payback, Anthony," Steve promised. "There'll be payback."

Tony laughed, biting on one cheek as he twisted his fingers enough to find the right spot to make Steve forget all about revenge.

That gesture made Steve forget his own name.

Which worked for Tony's purposes. He was thorough enough do it again before pulling his fingers free.

Again, definitely not teasing. Sure.

Steve let out a loud, needy whine. "Please."

He wasn't even sure what he was begging for.

"Shhh," Tony soothed, slicking himself. "I've got you, sweetheart."

And only then did he give into his own need to press into Steve.

Steve had the best husband ever. "Tony--"

"God, Steve," Tony sighed, clutching at Steve's hips tightly.
