"Done," Tony replied, turning to kiss him. "I'll give you the best birthday ever."

"I know you will," Steve said, reaching down between Tony's legs.

Tony hummed, pressing forward into his hand eagerly. "I'll even break out that plug for the occasion."

"For me or you?" Steve murmured, sliding his hand slowly. "I'm really good with either."

"I'll get an extra one," Tony said, kissing him intently at that mental image. "Any other special requests?"

"Just you," Steve said, flailing along the bedstand for the lube.

Tony grinned into the kiss, nipping at his bottom lip. "If you're sure. I'll just have to surprise you."

Which meant either another giant stuffed animal or something terribly kinky.

"Your surprises are always interesting," Steve said with a chuckle.

"Expensive wines," Tony said, shifting to grind down against him. "Fancy foods. Express permission to bend me over whenever the mood strikes you."

"You just want me to do this in a fancy Italian bathroom," Steve murmured.

"I want you to this in every room of the villa," Tony corrected, running his hand down Steve's arm to take the lube from him.

And maybe ignore how he totally said 'villa' which meant so much money being spent on Steve.

"Villa?" Steve repeated a little absent-mindedly, planting kisses along Tony's neck.

They were going to end up neighbors with George Clooney, weren't they?

Tony hummed like he didn't know what Steve was asking, grabbing hold of him with his other hand to slowly jerk off until he forgot all about that.

His was a fiendish plan.

Steve sighed happily, content to let this drop for now. "Where'd that bottle go?" he asked.

Tony kissed him again, lifting it up to wiggle just within Steve's peripheral vision.

"Lay back and I will," Tony said with another kiss. And then another like it was difficult to break apart for this.

Steve kept kissing him back, the urgency in the hallway tempered somewhat. They'd get there--but reconnecting was good too.

"Gorgeous man," he muttered into those kisses. "How did I get so lucky?"

Tony laughed quietly, bumping his nose against Steve's. "Smooth, Rogers. Smooth."
