Tony was somehow still cleaning up after the party, frowning at the disturbing collection of chip flavors leftover from it.

"Maybe Kitty would like them?" he muttered to himself. Pregnant women were supposed to have odd cravings, right?

Steve kissed him just behind his ear. "Glad you don't put it up around me any longer."

"I try not to," he said, sighing as he titled his head into that kiss.

"And I like to think I can read the signs when you do," Steve murmured, sucking slowly on the skin there.

"What are those?" Tony asked, making a pleased little noise.

"You laugh and your voice gets all light, but your eyes start looking a little hunted," Steve said. "You have to be looking very carefully."

"Sunglasses help with that last thing." Tony was helpful in sharing things like that.

"So that's why you wear them inside," Steve said, smiling softly. "I'd wondered."

"I know all the little tricks," Tony said, turning his head to kiss him on the jaw.

Steve let out a satisfied sigh, closing his eyes and enjoying the kisses. "You don't need to fool me, though. I'm in your corner."

"Yeah?" Tony asked, cupping the back of Steve's neck to hold him in place as he smiled up at him.

"Of course," Steve said earnestly.

Tony smiled at that, letting out a little sigh again. "I'm in yours too."

Steve kissed him again. "I'll never get tired of hearing that."

"Just try not to start too many fights, string bean," he teased back at him.

"I don't start them," Steve said airily. "I just don't tend to let people's bad behavior stand."

He was terrifying on Reddit.

"Mmhmm," Tony totally agreed.

Steve wrinkled his nose up. "I feel like you're humoring me."

"Would I ever do that?" Yes, probably.

"Maybe a few times," Steve said, taking him by the hand and dragging him to the sofa. More clean-up could wait.

Well, Tony was just forced to go along with that. "Only a few," he agreed.

"Thank you for humoring me," Steve said, giving him a smacking kiss on the cheek.

Tony laughed, pushing him back to toss his legs over Steve's lap. "Does that mean we've become domestic?"

"We've always been domestic, sweetheart," Steve said fondly.

It was one of his very favorite things. Shh.

"Even the kinky parts?" Tony just had to tease, kissing him on the cheek.
