So, this was different. Usually things happened on the weekends, not on Mondays.

Which was why Tony was aggressively sighing as he drank his coffee and looked over his emails and messages.

At least he was prepared with clothing for these days after being here so long. Steve, on the other hand...

"J, let's do a rush order on women's clothing for Steve."

"I can't get all the way around to give you a massage," Steve complained.

"The real hardship of the day," he teased.

"That and I dropped half a granola bar down my shirt this morning by accident," Steve said. "That was extremely annoying."

Tony snickered, hiding it against Steve's much less broad shoulder. "Want me to make you a bagle, sweetheart?"

"Yes please," Steve said, sounding sulky.

Tony kissed him again, kind of sad he didn't go cheap on the lipstick to leave a mark on Steve's skin. "Drink your coffee. I'll be the happy housewife."

"You need an apron for that," Steve teased.

Tony shot him a look before digging around the kitchen for one. "I'm not putting on heels, though."

"Do you have heels?" Steve asked.

[imafuturist]

"Pretty sure J included them in the emergency clothing buy the first time this happened." Tony had stuck with flats out if deference to his poor ankles. "Why? You have a request, darling?"

"I don't know," Steve said. "Am I still taller than you?"

"I think we might be about the same height," Tony said happily. This was novel, shut up.

"Then I need heels," Steve said teasingly. "Maybe I fit in yours."

"You can give it a try." Tony would undoubtedly enjoy it.

That had factored a little bit into Steve's suggestion, yes.

He sipped his coffee and looking pleased. "After my bagel."

Tony placed the toasted and cream cheese smeared bagel on a plate in front of him like it was a five star restaurant. "If I stick to coffee and bagels, I think I have a career here."

"It's an excellent back-up to your three other back-up plans," Steve teased.

Tony smacked him with the apron as he took it off. "You'll be glad once you get clothing that fits."

"I'll be very glad when I get clothing that fits."

He blushed. "I don't suppose a bra's involved too?"

Because apparently physical perfection as a girl included big boobs. Sigh.

"All the requisite undergarments are included," Tony replied with a laugh. "If you plan on going to the gym, you are going to thank me for getting you a bra."

"I tried running back from the radio station," Steve said, making a face. "Huge mistake. Also: ow. I'd ask Natasha for tips, but she'd kill me and then she'd laugh at me."

"She would give you better tips on how to hide weapons in your bra," Tony said, unable to keep from laughing again at Steve's expression.

“She's got at least three knives down there, not that I've checked,” Steve said.

"I don't know," he teased, brushing Steve's hair back to kiss his cheek. Which was still strange. "You have kissed her."

"Jealous?" Steve teased.
