Well, they'd had another repeat kid. One from a less than ideal timeline from the sound of things. But it was consistent. That had to be good, right?

Right.

At least that's what Tony was hoping as he'd added more backup plans to his list based on the little tidbits she'd dropped here and there. Because that was just how he rolled when faced with bizarre scenarios.

But right now? Right now he was going to spend the evening with Steve to make up for, well, everything about the weekend. "I ordered pizza," he called once he heard Steve and the dog coming back from a walk.

"Lucky, lucky me," Tony said, kissing him one more time.

"You'll look amazing," Steve promised, pulling out red scarves.

Well, he couldn't help that it worked with his complexion!

"Look more amazing beneath you," he teased.

Steve leaned in to kiss him. "Flatterer."

Tony chuckled into that kiss. "Can't help it if it's true."

Steve linked his fingers through Tony's, squeezing gently and pulling them up over his head. "Oh, I like this view."

"That so?" Tony asked, stretching out for him. Helpfully.

Steve made a needy little noise deep in his throat. "That so," he said after two tries.

"All yours," he teased.

Steve kissed along his jawline. "And I'm going to enjoy it."

"Oh, I'll enjoy it too," he promised.

Steve bit down on Tony's jawline.

"And we've got nothing but time."

Tony let out a sigh, relaxing beneath him. "Oh, we've got all the time in the world, darling."

Steve tied the scarf around Tony's wrists, handing him the ends. "There," he said, smiling.

"Thank you," Tony said, flushing a little because Steve remembered. Look, it was the little things that got to him!

Steve smiled down at him. "Of course," he murmured.

"Kiss me already," he demanded, not letting go of the scarf because he could be good. Kind of.

"The mouth on you," Steve teased, kissing him.

Tony chuckled, kissing him back with as much intensity as he could manage.

"Not ever a complaint," Steve added, finally pulling away. "You're still far too dressed."

"Might need some help with that, Cap," Tony said in his very best helpless civilian voice.

Steve laughed. "Well, you know how I like to assist."

"It'd be so nice of you," Tony replied with a sly grin.

Steve leaned in for a slow, sweet kiss while his fingers worked on Tony's pants in a way that was decidedly less innocent.

Tony made a pleased noise, arching up in an attempt to meet Steve's touch as best he could.
