JARVIS and the Mouse overlord had pushed some older movies up into Steve's List of Things to Watch to Understand Tony's References. Though some of them may have just been added because healthy levels of strife were good for the soul.

"Couldn't we watch that new Space Battles show?" Tony asked, concerned for Steve's taste levels here.

Steve blushed, laughing too. "I suffer."

"Sometimes the answers are right under our noses," he teased with another kiss. The blush was too adorable to not.

"I can love all of my Tonys differently, right?" Steve asked.

"I certainly hope so. I'm terrible at sharing," Tony murmured back.

"Don't tell him, but you're my very favorite," Steve said, cupping Tony's cheek.

Tony grinned at him. "Because I keep you warm at night."

"Because you listen and help me when I need a good kick in the butt," Steve corrected.

That earned him another kiss. "Helps that you do the same."

Steve smiled. "You've been very good. No butt kicking required for months."

"Not too boring?" Some concern over that? Maybe.

[heroic_jawline]

"You could never in your life be boring to me," Steve murmured.

"I'm more boring than I was in my twenties," Tony replied.

"More aware of consequences," Steve corrected.

Tony smiled and kissed him again for that. "You, sir, are a keeper."

"I'm happy to be kept," Steve said, smiling against Tony's mouth. "Let's get you cleaned up."

Tony sighed and stretched out against him with a little splash. "You're spoiling me."

"Because my darling one, I know that you don't actually spoil yourself all that much," Steve said, giving Tony a slow scalp massage with the shampoo.

"I feel like I should be doing this for you instead," Tony replied, sighing happily.

"Seeing you happy makes me happy," Steve said simply.

Tony ducked his head to hide the smile at that. "You sap."

"Sometimes," Steve agreed, kissing the top of Tony's head, soap and all.

"A lot of the time," he huffed back. "For some reason it's endearing, though."

"Because you not-so-secretly love being cherished," Steve said softly. "As you should."

Tony smiled at him, far, far too fond for it to not be just as sappy. He was gonna marry the hell out of you, Steve.

"God, I love that smile," Steve murmured, tracing it with his thumb. "It's just for me."
